Renovation of an educational facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of June 10, 2024, project was awarded to Allstar Glass, but awarded amount is not available.** Remove and replace existing skylight in Bldg17. Reinstall 40 lites of glass that are 1" OA units that are SB70 tempered exterior with tempered laminated interior light. New interior taping with silicone sealant complete. Remove and reglaze qty 16 - SB60 units in Bldg17. Re-caulk and replace Nu-core Clips as needed. Will require 65' lift. Anticipated start date is beginning of July 2024. Registered with Washington Department of Labor and Industries for the purposes of filing L&I intent and affidavit. L&I intents and affidavit required for payment. This is a prevailing wage project Minimum General Liability Coverage of $1,000,000 Minimum General Aggregate of $2,000,000
