The Board of County Commissioners for Albany County, Wyoming by and through the Albany County Grants Department (County), will accept written proposals from qualified historic preservation expert consultants that value the rich historical context that exists here in Albany County and in the West Side Neighborhood for writing of a National Register of Historic Places District Nomination for a historic district in Laramie, Wyoming known as the West Side Neighborhood. The purpose of the project is to conduct and produce thorough background research, establish a period of significance and boundary for the District, and complete the National Register listing process for the District. This project will further preservation within the community by established a District nomination of a historically underserved and underrepresented minority community.
