Renovation of a municipal facility in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of the alteration of Albany County Campus Heat Pumps. Units shall be replaced with new units. System pumps shall be replaced Laramie County Community College- Albany County Campus (ACC), located in Laramie, WY seeks bids for the ACC Heat Pump Replacement Project. The project is generally described as replacement of heat pump units and system pumps. All matters, issues, questions, answers, comments, and/or clarifications concerning this Bid shall be submitted no later than November 1, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. MST submitted to Public Purchase only. All matters, issues, questions, answers, comments, and/or clarifications that alter, modify, or change the original Bid intent or language will be addressed formally via a written Bid Addenda. Information gathered by Bidders through verbal conversations, phone conversations, e-mails and fax transmittals will NOT be considered formal information and should NOT be used for Bid preparation. Each Bid submission shall be included by a bid bond in an amount of 10% of Bid. If Bidder desires to submit a bid bond via Cashier's Check, contact the Director of Contracting & Procurement for the process. Bid security shall be drawn upon a surety firm with a rating of "A" or better according to the Best Publication and licensed in the state of Wyoming.
