Site work for a civil project in Burnsville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
AE2S Project No. P02010-2023-011 Project Owner Number: 24-305 Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: PROCESS: Including but not limited to removal and upsizing of existing 16-inch PRV, and any necessary pipe modifications, as shown in the project specifications. STRUCTURAL: Including but not limited to demolition and replacement of existing vault access manhole section, addition of structural steel support beams, and addition of new access hatch as shown in the project drawings and project specifications. CIVIL: Including but not limited to site excavation, site restoration, reconstruction of existing retaining wall, and site grading as shown in the project drawings and project specifications. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
