Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fairfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work to include to drain existing interior hydronic loop, add glycol to entire geothermal system with rust inhibitor, add new pot feeder for chemical injection, add new water meter on domestic makeup water line for metering, and install valves to isolate four main areas of main loop piping. Replace one WSHP (Water Source Heat Pump) and provide new controls for the new WSHP and eleven future WSHP's. Document note For Hard Copies: Two deposits for each set of documents shall be made payable to Paducah Blueprints in separate amounts of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) which is non-refundable and one hundred Dollars ($100.00) which will be refunded upon return of documents in good condition to Paducah Blueprints within 30 days after Bid opening. For Electronic Copies: One deposit for each set of documents shall be made payable to Paducah Blueprints in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) which is non-refundable.
