The Scope of Work consists of: Servicing on a scheduled and emergency as-needed basis, the various fire protection systems, and equipment for the following City of Fernley properties: City Hall-595 Silver Lace Blvd, Public Works Shop-355 Cottonwood Lane, Out-of-Town Park-Farm District Road Water Treatment Facility-1315 Mesa Drive, Fernley Lassen Train Depot - 675 E. Main Street Proposals will be accepted on a per inspection fee and base material costs. Proposals shall also include any miscellaneous charges such as minimal hourly charges. The bids shall be reviewed and selected based on the total annual cost. Proposals must be submitted on the City of Fernley Bid Table completed in its entirety. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statues. A Statement of Qualifications shall be included with the bid packages. Terms and conditions regarding this proposal as well as bid packages shall be obtained from the City of Fernley, Public Works Department via mail or e-mail by calling 775-784-9910. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
