Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fernley, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation necessary to produce such construction and furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into such construction, all as required by the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes but is not limited to: Improvements to security fencing around lift station to increase footprint, accessibility, and privacy of the lift station. Installation of new electrical equipment and standby generator along with removal of existing electrical equipment. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Section 00 21 13, Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form (separate Bid package) and accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in accordance with Section 00 43 13. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish both a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the full amount of the contract price. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who, at the time of submitting a Bid, was not properly licensed under the provisions of Chapter 624 of NRS or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidder's license.
