Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Plans call for a project consisting of waterproofing, drainage, and interior repairs in the basements of Fort Des Moines Buildings 65 & 66 and 910 & 1000 Washington Street. DAS will select one design firm for both projects covered by this RFP, resulting in two separate design contracts: one for Bldgs 65 & 66 and one for 910 & 1000 Washington Avenue. As of June 4, 2025, a design firm has been selected. The construction document completion timeline has not been disclosed. Further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
