Awarded contractor must prepare existing concrete before grinding concrete in all storage bays to remove pocked concrete and get floor to a more smooth finish as per plans and specifications. See photos of existing slab as examples of floor condition. End result should be an overall smooth surface that meets specification for process with clear coat and salt inhibiting concrete sealer applied. Work to be done M - F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CT, coordinating with site supervisor for day-to-day operations. Site location: 1530 NE 53rd Ave. Des Moines, IA 50313 Required 1 year construction warranty and materials warranty as indicated in specs.
