Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Olean, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Conversion of a signalized intersection to a roundabout, bump outs at intersections, new curbs, new sidewalks with ADA curb ramps, crossing enhancements, pedestrian signal modifications, landscape and hardscape elements, RRFB, modifications of pavement markings, modification of drainage system modification of water main and connections, and milling and overlay of the pavement. Contract term: May 2025 CR Number: 2109210 Requests for Information (RFI) will only be accepted in written form. RFI will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. local time on May 8, 2024, at the Office of the Engineer, CPL, to the attention of David Hastings via email [DHastings@CPLteam.com]. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. The City of Olean reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
