The Design Team, led by DS Architecture, is responsible for assessing and documenting the existing architectural and mechanical systems of Barge 225, including utility services to Wildwood Park, the Concessions and Marina Building, and the shore in the vicinity ofBarge 225. They are tasked with designing the renovation ofBarge 225, site improvements necessary to provide all utility services to Barge 225, and ADA-compliant access to Barge 225. The Design Team consists of DS Architecture, Osborn Engineering, KS Associates, &Estimate, Netsco, and Cleveland Metroparks staff architects, engineers, and landscape architects. The DS Architecture team will complete the following tasks as part oftheir project responsibilitiesduring the design ofthe project: 1. Due Diligence/Conceptual Development 2. Schematic Design 3. Design Development The project site is located at Wildwood Park (16975 Wildwood Drive, Cleveland, OH 44119) in the Cleveland Metroparks' Euclid Creek Reservation in Cleveland, Ohio. Cleveland Metroparks has established an overall budget for the project of $3 million. All wages for labour and all invoices for materials, equipment or services that were included in the previous Application for Payment for which payment was made by Cleveland Metro parks. Each Application for Payment shall indicate the percentage of completion of each portion of the Work as of the end of the period covered by the Application for Payment. If required by the Contract Documents, the Construction Manager and any Subcontractor shall comply with Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code regarding prevailing wage, including providing an affidavit stating that it has complied with Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code. Cleveland Metro parks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to negotiate or to reject any and all Statements and parts of any and all Statements and waive all technicalities .Cleveland Metro parks reserves the right to cancel at any time for any reason this solicitation and to reject all Statements. Cleveland Metro parks shall have no liability to any firm arising out of such cancellation or rejection. Cleveland Metro parks assumes no responsibility for costs incurred in the preparation, presentation or submission of the Statement of Qualifications. Such bonds shall be issued in a form and by a Surety reasonably acceptable to Cleveland Metro parks, shall be submitted to Cleveland Metro parks for approval as to form, shall name Cleveland Metro parks as obligee and shall be in an amount equal to at least one hundred percent (100%) of the GMP (as the same may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to the Contract). The Construction Manager shall deliver the executed, approved bonds prior to delivery of the signed Contract to Cleveland Metro parks.
