The updated study will include the City's financial forecast model to reflect current conditions including the recently completed Water and Wastewater Master Plan. It will evaluate the current financial position of the enterprise fund and develop a funding plan for operational expenses and capital improvement needs identified in the master plan. The water and sewer rate study will provide the City with funding and rate scenarios that may be necessary to be implemented prior to October 1, 2024. Q & A deadline: May 03, 2024 3:00:00 PM EDT City departments may, but are not required to, utilize the results of this ITQ to acquire the referenced service. Award of ITQ does not grant the successful Bidder(s) exclusive rights or any work guarantee to provide the services. The City's maximum expenditure allowed under this ITQ is limited to $100,000. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
