A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000389308 The City is seeking to procure a qualified and experienced DBF to provide services for the Project including, but not limited to, installation of a new drainage system, installation of a new water distribution system, adjusting road elevations, milling and resurfacing, utility coordination, fire hydrant relocation/installation, site preparation, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, harmonization of intersecting side streets and adjacent properties, reconstruction of driveways and pedestrian accesses, removal of encroachments, signing and pavement markings, landscaping, and all other ancillary components required to deliver a fully functional neighborhood project.
