Ferry County Public Works (PW) solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Construction Materials Testing for multiple County Road Projects. The agreements will be for approximately three months in duration with the option for Ferry County PW to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. Ferry County PW reserves the right to amend terms of this "Request for Qualifications" (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. Project Descriptions : CRP 17-07 Bridge Creek 13 - 1.25 miles of full-depth reconstruction. The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of construction materials sampling and testing for Subgrade, Top Course, and Hot Mix Asphalt. CRP 23-03 Cache Creek Rehabilitation - 4 miles road rehabilitation. The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of construction materials sampling and testing Hot Mix Asphalt. Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: 1) Qualification of Proposed Project Manager/Expertise of Firm 2) Ability to meet schedule 3) Familiarity with WSDOT standards and AASHTO Material Testing Standards 4) Pricing Sheet Submittal : Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, phone and fax numbers; Name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; and Number of employees in firm proposed to project.
