Performing the Work as Set Forth in the Specifications for the Lander County West Community Project - Ph 1 & 2. The Principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY WEST COMMUNITY PROJECT - PH 1 & 2 will consist of (excluding bid alternates): the demolition operations and installation of approximately 255,000 SF of asphaltic concrete and the demolition and installation of existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk. The project will include the replacement of existing sewer, water, and electrical utilities as well as the addition of fiber optic. PH 1 & 2 will consist of West and East Antelope Drive, Bryson Drive, Middlegate Drive, Eastgate Drive, and Elquist Drive from Bryson Drive to W Tule Street in Battle Mountain, NV. Project will also include driveway tie-ins, landscaping, and fencing replacement. No proposals will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier s check, certified check or bid bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the LANDER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board prior to bidding of the job. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
