The work also includes the disconnection of the sanitary force main from the property to the existing force main located within County Route 537 (Colts Neck Road), the force main connection shall be located with ground penetrating radar, the replacement a 4-foot section of 12-inch diameter force main, and traffic control. The work additionally includes installation of sanitary sewer service lateral and water service to service an existing dwelling. The work is located at 353-355 East Freehold Road, Block 32.05 Lots 6 and 7, Township of Freehold, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Work ultimately includes selective demolition of two existing dwellings inclusive of all work necessary to complete the project. The work shall be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed.
