The basis for the award will be the lowest responsible base bid and selected alternates. Remove existing soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts. Install new 30# felt paper and 36 Ice and Watershield at all eaves and valleys. Install new shingles using 30-year Owens Corning fiberglass duration or approved equal. Install gutter apron at eaves and drip edge at gables. Install new metal step and counter flashings where needed. Install all new pipe flashings. Install shingles over ridge vents. Install new vented soffit and fascia. Install new 5 white aluminum gutters using Alcoa or equal in lengths as long as possible. Install all necessary downspouts, white in color.
