Description of Work: Elevator modifications required to remove architectural barriers and associated modifications required by the state elevator inspector; work includes, but is not limited to, the Following items shown on the drawings and or called for in the Specifications: A. Selective demolition of existing elevator cab station, accessories, controls and elevator equipment. B. Selective demolition of existing elevator but not including existing shaft rails and cab frame C. New elevator controls & machinery D. Access upgrades to existing elevator cab and entries, including cab station and controls E. Modifications to existing electrical power & fire alarm systems as required by or to accommodate the elevator remodeling work F.
