Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project scope of work includes painting of interior foyer and cafeteria spaces as per project details and specifications. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond as bid security secured from a California admitted surety company the form provided by the District in the Contract Documents ("Bid Security"). The amount of the Bid Security shall be at least ten percent (10%) of Bidder's Total Bid Price, made payable to the State Center Community College District. The Bid Security shall be provided as a guarantee that within five (5) working days after the District provides the successful Bidder the Notice of Award, the successful Bidder will enter into a contract and provide the necessary bonds and certificates of insurance. The successful bidder will forfeit the Bid Security if the Bidder fails to comply. No interest will be paid on funds deposited with District. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, from a California admitted surety company and, on the forms, provided in the Contract Documents, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price License Requirements C-33 or B Liquidated Damages $1500/day Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
