1. Provide for Plot Engineering and/or Architectural Design requirements and specification to install new DUEL VERTICLE (CENTER) PIVOT LIFT GATE. • Design package shall include all scoping descriptions as necessary to complete project. 2. Gate Style a) Two (2) sets each DUEL VERTICLE (CENTER) PIVOT LIFT GATE Systems. Gates to be on either side of the railroad crossing. a. Provide for foot traffic gate design for BOTH inner (Complex) and outer (CSB) gates. NOTE: Awarded vendor required to contract design and installation of security upgrades with BPA required preferred vendor: Convergint Technologies (will send email to get contact information) XXXXX XXXXX b) Design and install BPA/DOE compliant with current regulations. d) Provide for Security Card Access at the following entrances i) Foot Traffic Gates ii) Vehicular Traffic DUEL VERTICLE (CENTER) PIVOT LIFT GATEs. (i) NOTE: Sensor and Card access will be reviewed at Job Walk & Engineer walk as needed g) Design, procure and install regulation or CCTV capable equipment at both gates. Install required reinforced Gate operator footings IAW manufacturer specifications. h) Provide for landscaping modifications to properly accept upgrades. i) Provide for asphalt and road base modifications and replacements to current IBC or other standard. j) Provide for any required storm drain system modifications. k) Provide for upgrades and replacements to curb and gutter systems as needed. 3. Provide for upgrades to existing gate operator electrical systems components through the CSB/RR access roadway and all required Operator Components. 4. Provide for needed upgrade to underground gate operator control loop systems. • Provide for upgrades to underground gate operator control loop systems. 5. Submit design for review to JLL PM: a. Design review at 20%, 60%, and IFC – 100% b. Design review meetings will be scheduled by JLL PM and include awarded vendor PM, Engineer of Record, and BPA POC who will have final acceptance authority.
