RFP Engineering - Renewal of Culverted Streams III The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (District) is seeking assistance for rehabilitation design services on existing culverted stream infrastructure based upon previous studies conducted by the District's Watershed Programs department and its consultants. The Regional Stormwater System (RSS) contains a large network of culverted streams. Many of these culverted stream assets are in poor and failing condition and need renewal. The assets identified for rehabilitation as part of this project are BK00520, CH00175, and EW00145, which are in the Baker Creek, unnamed Cuyahoga River tributary, and Euclid Creek West Branch watersheds. These assets are located within the cities of Strongsville, Brecksville, and Beachwood.
