STRONGSVILLE, Ohio – The city has hired a Prospect Road firm to act as construction-manager-at-risk for the proposed fire station project near the southwest corner of Royalton and Pearl roads. RFC Contracting Inc. in Strongsville was awarded the contract by City Council on Dec. 2. Total project cost not to exceed $10M.
