As of June 21,2024, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement to provide window shade replacement at the High School of Commerce located at 415 State St, Springfield, MA 01105. Estimated value of the contract is approximately $100,000.00. All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before 5/2/24 by 4:30 P.M. (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
