Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Removal of existing pavement and replacement with PCC pavement, erosion control, site grading, site restoration and other related work. The project includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the replacement of failed pavement and storm sewer at the Center for Innovation (CFI) in Iowa City, Iowa. Work includes sawcut and removal of existing failed paving, removal of storm sewer and structures, installation of new storm sewer and structures, subgrade preparation, installation of concrete paving, installation of concrete sidewalk, erosion control, finish grading, site restoration and other related work. Location- ICCSD CFI Parking Improvements - Phase Two Project Location: Center for Innovation (CFI) 2255 N. Dubuque Rd, Iowa City, IA 52245 Bids security in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany bid in accordance with the Information for Bidders. Approximate Start Date: June 17, 2024 Final Completion Date: September 13, 2024 Working Days: 40 days Liquidated Damages: $500 per working day for work extending beyond the specified number of working days and $500 per calendar day for work extending beyond the final completion date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and also reserves the right to waive technicalities and irregularities. EST. VALUE- $320,000.00 Base Bid
