Description The work consists of interior demolition and alteration of an existing sheriff station and 1st floor atrium lobby to accommodate the construction of a new sheriff station. 1. The Work includes: a. Selective Interior Demolition. b. Interior Alterations and Interior Finishes. c. Alterations to the existing fire sprinkler system and alarm system to accommodate the new sheriff station. d. Mechanical Work. e. Building Electrical Work. f. Telecommunications Infrastructure Work. Bid Security is required for this project. The Hawaii products preference pursuant to ACT 175, SLH 2009 may be applicable for items of this solicitation. Persons wishing to certify and qualify a product not currently listed as a Hawaii Product shall submit a Certification for Hawaii Product Preference (form SPO-38) to: Department of Accounting and General Services, Public Works Division, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Room 426, Honolulu, Hawaii, Attn: Jolie Yee.
