Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Description The work shall generally consist of painting various structures and facilities at the Sand Island State Recreation Area (SISRA) according to paint specifications attached, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to painting all park benches, picnic tables, comfort stations, charcoal pits, pavilions, concrete garbage rounds and grill stands and other incidental work. Submission of any Requests for Information shall be submitted through the Hawaii State e-Procurement (HIePRO) system by 4:00 pm on May 3, 2024. The estimated cost of construction is $245,000.00. Since the estimated value of the cost of construction is less than $250,000, the apprenticeship agreement preference pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 103-55.6 (ACT 17, SLH 2009) shall not apply.
