Bids Must Be Submitted on Proposal Forms Furnished by the Architect in the Specifications and Copies Thereof. A Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to Peoria Public Schools District No. 150 in an Amount of Five (5%) Percent of the Amount of the Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds and Evidence of Insurance Required in the Bid Documents Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Technical Errors if, in the Owner's Judgement, the Best Interests of the Owner Will Thereby Be Promoted. Note: This Notice Must Be Run Once a Week for Two Successive Weeks in a Newspaper of General Circulation in the County or Counties in Which the Project, or Any Part of the Project, is to Be Performed.
