Park City Municipal Corporation ("PCMC") is accepting bids for the construction of the Bonanza Deck Replacement & Access Trail Improvements Project. The work required involves demolition and removal from the site of the existing structure, minor excavation and earth moving, surface trail improvements and installation of drainage features at locations specified on the plans, framing a snow-rated structure of approximate footprint of 40 feet x 50 feet and installation of Trex composite decking, framing of the bathroom and storage building as specified in the plans, installation of composite-material benching around the perimeter of the new deck, and landscape restoration where required.
