Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms (Respondent) to provide Tennis Court Resurfacing QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing on the U3P website or e-mailed to grant.herdrich@parkcity.org by May 9th at 3 PM. Please do not submit the same question multiple times. Accommodation may include alternative formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. Proposals will remain valid for 90 days after submission. PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to change dates or deadlines related to this IFB. PCMC also reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of PCMC. PROJECT DEADLINE (if applicable): July 1st for Group 1 courts. This winter the bubble covering some of the tennis courts collapsed and damaged the group 1 courts that will need to be resurfaced. The MARC determined that it may be time to resurface all courts.
