Description of Services/Background: 1. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with ATS, Transformer & Switchgear Maintenance. 2. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 18, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid. 3. The Contractor shall test, repair and/or replace any and all devices that are associated with the High and Low Voltage Gear and Automatic Transfer Switches(ATS) and Transformers. Additional pre bid meeting note: Bidders who wish to attend the conference must notify Alex Alvarado via e-mail at Alexandria.alvarado@dsh.ca.gov or Brandon.chastatin@dsh.ca.gov by 10:00 a.m. on May 6, 2024. Question Deadline 05/10/2024 at 10:00 AM PT Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at Alexandria.alvarado@dsh.ca.gov and brandon.chastain@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements.
