**As of June 10, 2024, project was awarded to ICON Constructors, LLC awarded amount is $1,176,877.70.** The DBE goal for this project is 1.4 % This Work consists of furnishing, installing, maintaining, and removing all traffic control devices required to provide safe movement of traffic and pedestrians through the Project at all times from commencement of the Work until Project Acceptance. Maintain roads and pedestrian facilities undergoing improvements in a condition that accommodates public traffic. Do not close roads or pedestrian facilities, except as authorized. The Engineer may modify the requirements for traffic control as deemed necessary. The Department will maintain Detour Roads established by the Commissioner for through traffic diverted from the Project unless otherwise indicated in the Plan. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of Nobles County will publicly view bids at Nobles County Public Works office located at 960 Diagonal Rd, Worthington, MN 56187 The major quantities of work are: SP 053-603-033 SELECT GRANULAR EMBANKMENT (CV), CU YD, 950;MILL BITUMINOUS SURFACE, SQ YD, 1766; TYPE SP 12.5 WEARING COURSE MIX (2,B), TON, 636; STRUCTURAL CONCRETE (3B52), CU YD, 108; REINFORCEMENT BARS (EPOXY COATED), POUND, 73110; BRIDGE SLAB CONCRETE (3YHPC-M), SQ FT, 4511; BRIDGE APPROACH PANELS, SQ YD, 172; C-I-P CONCRETE PILING 12", LIN FT, 520; C-I-P CONCRETE PILING 16", LIN FT, 700; RANDOM RIPRAP CLASS IV, CY, 650; ROLLED EROSION PREVENTION CATEGORY 20, SQ YD, 2741. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of Nobles County shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Auditor-Treasurer of Nobles County or a Corporate Bond made in favor of Nobles County for at least 5% of the amount bid.
