Renovation of a mixed-use development in De Pere, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Door Replacements at Syble Hopp School M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Question Deadline 05/08/2024 at 3:00 PM CT Door Replacements at Syble Hopp School 1. A total of 26 total doors are to be replaced with 22 being single doors. 2. To include installation of new doors and removal and disposal of old doors and hardware. 3. Doorknobs to be replaced with master keyed Schlage stainless steel lever locks that have keyed outside and only lock with a key. 4. The new doors should be steel and painted to match the existing color scheme. Each new door shall have a shatterproof window measuring approximately 33" L x 6" W. No door closers. 5. Door 122 needs only a new master keyed lever handle. 6. Doors being replaced are as follows: 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 119, 120, 121, 131, 132, 133, 135, 137, 138, 139, 140, 142, 144, 146 and two kitchen storage room doors. o Door 112 is two sets of double gym doors that will require push bar hardware (gym doors) able to be locked from inside.
