Sanitary sewer manhole adjustment. 2. Storm sewer abandonment. 3. Water main relay and associated appurtenances. 4. Water main abandonment. 5. Erosion control and restoration. 6. Traffic control. Pre-Qualification: Yes A Bid shall be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check or bank money order or Bid bond (on the form attached) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions. Submittal of a Bid Bond on a form other than the Bid Bond form included in the Bidding Documents may be cause for rejection of Bid. The fully executed bid bond must be uploaded into website. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
