The City of Seward is requesting proposals front qualified, independent Elevator contractors to provide all services necessary to maintain the City of Seward's three (3) elevators. The terms of the agreement with the successful Proposer shall be for an initial period starting on or about May 30, 2024, through May 30, 2027; the base agreement being a 3-year contract, which may be renewed for up to two (2) one-year periods. The City reserves the right in its sole discretion to make selections, to reject any or all submissions, to issue subsequent RFPs, to remedy technical errors in the RFP process and to enter into a contract for all or some of the services described in this RFP.
