Site work for a water / sewer project in Seward, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking Contractor to provide a bid for demolition, removal, and replacement of drain, waste line pipes in the crawlspace. All pipe and fitting replacement shall switch form cast iron to ABS piping as detailed in the Summary of Work. Completion date shall be on or before June 1, 2025. Final invoice by June 15, 2025. "Minor Informalities" means matters of form rather than substance which are evident from the submittal, or are insignificant matters that have a negligible effect on price, quantity, quality, delivery, or contractual conditions and can be waived or corrected without prejudice to other Offerors. Estimated Amount of Proposed Contract: $25,000 to $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
