The City of Seward is requesting proposals front qualified, independent Elevator contractors to provide all services necessary to maintain the City of Seward's three (3) elevators. The terms of the agreement with the successful Proposer shall be for an initial period starting on or about May 30, 2024, through May 30, 2027; the base agreement being a 3-year contract, which may be renewed for up to two (2) one-year periods. Question Deadline 04/29/2024 at 4:00 PM AKT Proposal Evaluation May 8, 2024 Notification of intent to Award May 8, 2024 City of Seward Council Meeting May 28, 2024 Final Contract (contingent on Council approval) May 28, 2024 issuance of Notice to Proceed May 29, 2024Notification of intent to Award This RFP does not commit the City of Seward to enter into a contract, nor does it obligate the City to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of responses to this RFP, for, or in anticipation of, any contract. The City reserves the right in its sole discretion to make selections, to reject any or all submissions, to issue subsequent RFPs, to remedy technical errors in the RFP process and to enter into a contract for all or some of the services described in this RFP.
