The existing school serves 940 students in grades from 9-12. Phasing and logistics are an important consideration for this project as the work will take place on an occupied school site. Phased Renovation and Addition over 22 months. Only prequalified contracting firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified. The Owner's Project Manager is The Vertex Companies, LLC. and the Project Designer is Tappe Architects. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Masonry, Misc. Metals, WD&C, Roofing & Flashing, Metal Windows, Glazing, Tile, ACT, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical.
