Reference number : 1840487 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-09 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 31 The Societe des establishments de plein air du Quebec (the "Sepaq") wishes to retain the services of a supplier interested in offering snow removal services (the "Services") for the Monts-Valin national park (the "Establishment" or the "Park"). This public call for tenders comprises two (2) lots. These lots represent the two (2) portions of roads to be cleared of snow, namely: o Lot A: Part of Chemin Saint-Louis (approximately 2.7 km); And o Lot B: Panoramic Route (approximately 8 km). The bidder may submit a bid for one (1) lot or both (2) lots. The Services will be provided in accordance with the general and specific conditions, the Quotation attached in Appendix A (detailed description of the Services and terms of execution of the Services), as well as the terms of the service contract to be entered into between Sepaq and the successful bidder ( the "Supplier"), a draft of which is attached as Appendix C hereof (the "Contract"). The Contract will be for a period of three (3) winter seasons, beginning on October 1, 2024 and ending on April 30, 2027. The Contract may be renewed for two (2) additional period(s), of one duration of one (1) winter season each, from October 1 , 2027 to April 30, 2028, and from October 1, 2028 to April 30, 2029.
