Road Striping Materials & Labor. SCOPE OF WORK A contract may be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid meeting the requirements of the specifications. The County is expecting to purchase the approximate quantities, as indicated on the Bid Schedule, during the course of the calendar year. These quantities are projected approximations and may be higher or lower depending on the actual quantities needed. The exact quantity of materials to be purchased will be at the discretion of Bannock County. The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts, for any of the options listed in this solicitation. Submit an estimate for any of the options below that the Contractor is able to supply as requested by this ITB Application Labor Only Option, the successful Bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond by a cashier's check or bond (with authorized surety company) made payable to Bannock County in an amount not less than a hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the project pursuant to Idaho Code 54-1926. The successful bid will receive their bond back upon successful completion and implementation of the contract. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right of the County in its sole discretion to accept the bid(s) it considers most favorable to the County's interest and the right to waive minor irregularities in the procedures.
