Renovation of a municipal facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Mechanic-Supply Building Window Replacement. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the replacement of specified exterior windows of the ITD D5 Mechanic Supply/Shop Building (B5002), located at the ITD District 5 Headquarters in Pocatello, ID. Project includes removal of the existing metal windows and the demo of previous infill existing window openings. Installation of new windows to include new aluminum storefront and kalwall window replacement units, sealant/flashings, and wall infill around penetrations for existing evaporative coolers. A bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid, including add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum.
