Kelly Ranch Public Water Supply Wells Phase 3. SPECIFICATIONS: The materials and methods of construction of all work within the scope of this proposal shall be governed by the current Parker County Standard Specifications for water construction. For items not addressed by Parker County Standard Specifications, the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction shall apply. Any reference to TxDOT specifications shall mean the Texas Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets, and Bridges, current addition. SCOPE OF WORK: The work for this project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools and incidentals to construct the water improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications "Kelly Ranch Public Water Supply Wells Phase 3" complete in its entirety without exception. Owner as liquidated damages for each day of such delay the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00), it being understood between the parties here to that the sum shall be treated as liquidated damages and not as a penalty and the Owner may withhold from the Contractor's compensation such sums as liquidated damages. The Proposal (s) shall be for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for performing all work required for the construction of the Kelly Ranch Townhomes Water Line Extension Improvements. A performance bond, payment bond, and maintenance bond in the amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials WILL be required by the Cresson Crossroads MUD No. 2. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date bids are opened.
