The successful bidder will construct the picnic shelter in accordance with Sheet Number A-100. Additionally, the City is requesting alternative bids on Sheet Number A-100 to provide and install nominal 6' x 6' single piece vinyl column wrap on each column, top to bottom, possible sources are decks direct, "durables" or weatherables. Offeror is responsible for obtaining any and all applicable permits to perform all work as part of the project.
