Remodeling and renovation of a medical facility in Wheaton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
Sealed Bids for Construction of the 400 Care Center Improvements - South and Center Buildings Remodel and Finish Upgrades. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the Bid. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. All questions regarding this bid should be emailed to Alex Prasauskas at aprasauskas@wightco.com. Questions must be received no later than 12:00 PM (CST) Wednesday, May 1, 2024. An addendum will be published by 4:00 PM (CST) Monday, May 6, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest.
