culvert replacement in Bogus Brook Township. The township will provide the new culverts. Sections 13, 14, 15, 23--Addresses are approximate. Sites are marked with laths and blue tape. Site 1: Sec 14, 6293 110th St, remove and dispose of existing culvert, install approx. 32 12 dual wall grade to drain, move extra dirt to Site 3. Site 2: Sec 13, 10657 57th Ave, remove and dispose of existing culvert, install approx. 38 15 dual wall grade to drain, move extra dirt to Site 3. Site 3: Sec 13, 10576 105th St, remove and dispose of existing culvert, install approx. 40 15 dual wall, use extra dirt to grade over culvert. Site 4: Sec 14, 5901 105th St, remove and dispose of existing culvert, install approx. 40 12 dual wall. Site 5: Sec 23, 9853 65th Ave, remove and dispose of existing culvert, install approx. 40 15 dual wall. Site 6: Sec 15, 7671 100th St, remove and dispose of existing culvert, install approx. 40 18 dual wall. The Board maintains the right to accept or reject any or all quotes. Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Bogus Brook Township harmless for all claims relating to the contractors performance of the contract. Selected contractor must sign contract and provide a W-9 form.
