Renovation of a fire / police facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

No dfinite date for the rebid.** Seclusion Court Fire Repair The Project consists generally of the following major items: Full repair and renovation to (2) existing fire-damaged one-story residential quadplexes, including site access modifications for accessibility, selective demolition, roof and demising wall repair, all new interior finishes, new and repaired Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical systems and fixtures. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Furthermore, the City's goal is to contract or sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount to certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000, or with contracts that include $100,000 or more in state funding. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing only. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Architect, in response to such questions, will be issued by Addenda to all plan holders registered with the Issuing Office. Questions received less than 7 working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
