Remodeling of an educational facility in Howell, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a primary / secondary education facility.

Construction Start: June 17th, 2024 Substantial Completion : November 15th, 2024 GENERAL SCOPE: 1. Provide all labor, material & equipment necessary to complete the electrical scope of work. 2. Provide all submittal documents, shop drawings, certificates, etc. required for this package’s scope of work immediately after award of contract. 3. Provide and coordinate all required permits, inspections, and testing related to this package’s scope of work. 4. Provide engineering and layout as required to complete this work. Layout points of reference will be provided prior to commencement of work. All other layout and establishment of grades and elevations will be provided by this contractor. Including contacting of Miss Dig to stake existing utilities. Also include a private utility and underground structure locator prior to excavations or digging of any kind. 5. Provide all electrical equipment, switches, breakers, transformers, panels, conduit, sleeves, support structures, etc. to complete this proposal’s scope of work. 6. Provide necessary coordination with the sitework contractor associated with the new concrete pad (by the sitework contractor). 7. Provide coring as necessary to complete this proposal’s scope of work. Include sleeves, sealants, fire caulking, etc. of penetrations as necessary. 8. Provide the complete scope of work necessary to directional bore the underground electrical as indicated on the project documents. Include directional bore of an underground conduit for future low voltage wiring as indicated. Include identification of and routing around all existing underground structures, even if not shown on the project documents. 9. Provide final electrical connections to the irrigation well pump, irrigation booster pump, etc. as required. 10. Provide daily cleanup, legal removal and disposal of all rubbish and debris generated by this work. 11. Provide all closeout documents, training, attic stock, warranties, as-built drawings, etc. as required.
