Renovation of a fire / police facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Station 3 Repairs The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The Greeneville Fire Department is seeking proposals for making repairs to the restroom and bedroom at Fire Station 3 Restroom: remove and replace rotten wall members from a water leak in the shower and adjoining bedroom. Install moisture resistant sheetrock. Finish and paint with the owners' choice of paint color. Patch and refinish ceiling. Replace the existing shower with a fiberglass unit and relocate all water lines to the interior wall. Install new shower controls and sink faucet. The drain in the concrete floor will have to be relocated to align with the new shower. Replace existing commode and water shutoffs. Replace the sink with a wall sink and provide an alternate price for a vanity sink. Install a new door to the restroom. Install water resistant base in restroom. Bedroom: Remove and replace rotten wall members. Install new dry wall with knock-down finish. Paint to existing color. Install new baseboard throughout the room. Re-lay existing carpet squares.
