The new construction will include a JD Metal Fast Frame structural, plumbing, and concrete slab. Pertinent interior finishes including, doors, interior partitions, mechanical and electrical systems. Bid Packages Building Erection Site Development/Concrete Plumbing A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County Government. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the Work. Bid Result.
