Double Chip Seal Owner Rights: The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. There is a completion deadline of September 13, 2024 The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment to sign work zone. Immediately before applying the liquid asphalt, clean the existing surface with a power broom to remove dirt, clay, or other debris. oHand patch any potholes or bad spots prior to chip sealing. Or properly prep the gravel surfaced roads prior to chip sealing. oPG 58-28 5% Cut Back Liquid Asphalt blended at a State of Wisconsin and ASSHTO certified liquid asphalt production facility: furnished, heated to 350 degrees F and applied in a single pass up to 24 feet wide. oCover aggregate to be used is a 3/8" Dark Granite Fractured Chip.
