Site work and paving for a road / highway in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Asphalt Pavement Mill and Overlay, 1-1/2" 7,435 sy Pavement Markings, Assorted 400 lf The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, Bidder is required to deliver the original bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. This project is part of a Local Road Improvement (MSILT) Program, which consists of asphalt mill and overlay, pavement markings, and traffic control. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The City of Menomonie reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
